Classes are offered in person or you can join the in person classes online.  All classes may also be scheduled individually either in person or online by emailing or texting.

 

This initial class in Reiki ignites your ability to use “healing hands” on yourself and others and healing at the physical level. Learn the secret art of inviting happiness into your life.

• Unification process meditation to connect with your soul  

• Reiki Symbol (the light switch) for physical healing and attunement ceremony  

• Traditional Reiki hand positions  

• The 5 Reiki Principles

• Kenyoko (dry bathing) & Gasho  

• How to give a Reiki session  

• Scanning and balancing

• Common psychological connections to physical symptoms

• Certification for Usui Reiki 1
